I asked for a simple honey blonde colour that I had previously gotten from this establishment. They lost the records of the colour, so my hair turned out brown. It was so uneven and badly done I asked for a correction appointment in which they messed it up even more. They put in a shampoo that burned my scalp and made the brown colour turn orange. They then put bottle blonde on my roots and now my hair is white blonde and orange on the ends- NOT honey blonde. I would totally recommend this place if you feel like going brunette, ranga to ‘blonde’ in one day! Now my scalp is peeling, my hair is translucent and I’m down $150.
