After a minor car accident I didn't think they would be able to get everything new that needed replacing on my car due to age. Everything that needed replacing was replaced with brand new parts and the whole job was completed in a timely manner. All staff I dealt with either in person or over the phone were friendly, courteous and overall amazing. Would recommend them to anyone who needs panel works done on their car.

Budget Direct is my insurance company and booked my car with CARe after someone hit my car from behind. As much as I was disappointed with Budget Direct and the way they handled my case (took them 2.5 months to book my car for repair!), I really liked CARe and their service.Brett, the lady in the reception, and the smash repairer who worked on my car (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) were all brilliant! Very friendly guys and real professionals.As an example, when I was not satisfied with the work on my car the first time, they accepted politely without making excuses, and asked me to go back the next day. The next day I went there, and my car was perfectly repaired. Really happy with the quality of their service.

Efficient and transparent customer service. They got the job done super quick and even gave the car a really good wash. Very pleased and would be happy to return any day.

As this was the first ever claim I've had to deal with due to a silly person hitting my car, I wasn't sure what to expect. The whole process was straight forward and Brett's customer care was exceptional along with his prompt communication throughout the whole process. Brett, Angelo and team made a difficult experience with getting a car repaired as seamless and easy as possible. I highly recommend making sure your photos and videos get uploaded prior to your appointment as this will expedite the process. We couldn’t be more happy with the team and would highly recommend them.
