Guzzler custom motor cycle seats

Bill sure knows everything there is to know about upholstery and bike seating. He's also good for a yarn. Will definitely be taking future seats to him!

Spoke to Bill a week ago about getting the seat on my bike reshaped. It took a couple hours on Saturday but it is so much more comfortable. Bill did a great job and highly recommend giving him a call to talk about what he can do for your bike.

Bill has re-covered and repaired my custom MT10 seat to perfection, looks great on the bike and will last a lifetime.Great quality work at a reasonable price. It is a pleasure to do business with Bill and I highly recommend him.

He failed to improve seat of my new BMW and in fact made it much worse to the point of the bike being unrideable. Apart from paying him I had to order a $1.000 replacement seat from Europe so do the maths. Waiting for the replacement I'm out of riding for 3 months that is more than upsetting.I requested the seat to be shaped similarly to Corbin seat and moved my bike from Cairns to Brisbane to get it done. Based on his own theory of pelvic bones pressure points he spent several hours trying to get it done but it didn't work. Much of this time was a good yarn with him showing of work he has done to his caravan, car, etc.The BMW seat shape and height didn't allow him any room for improvement. Only after failed 2 attempts he admitted that he has always 2-3 seats per each hundred that he cannot get right. He said he couldn't get his Yamaha Fazer comfortable and he sold it. He backed it up with similar stories of his customers. I wish he told me that before undertaking the work!?!Everything seemed to be reasonable until I asked for a refund as he failed with his workmanship and he admitted it. I can afford it but I don't see a point of paying for the seat made worse (sliding to the tank, different angle of pelvis tilted forward causing back pain - non of happened with on OEM seat).Bill has a lot of theories (I'm sure he might share some by replying to this review), he talks a lot and did have multiple excuses. He said he exhausted all the options but after my refund request he tried to convince me that now I have to replace the handlebars! He also said that I should sell my S1000XR cause I won't make it right (other owners did get it right with optional/custom made seats). Finally he said I shouldn't be riding motorcycles at all given my broken leg 20 years ago!!! (+200.000 km ridden since then and still counting) ...and he hung up on me.I still expect the refund but also asked Fair Trading to step in and for legal reasons, several times required Guzzler to provide a receipt that he still hasn't done. It's a joke - not a seat conversion company but just an dishonest money focussed guy making it in his shed.

Bill did an exceptional job fixing my MT09’s seat comfort and changing the cover material (original factory suede converted to leather & vinyl mesh). He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as an enjoyable experience seeing the upgrade. See before and after shots. Highly recommend his services to fellow bikers out there!

Did an excellent job on my zx14r, re-shaped the seat to suit my posture and size, very fair pricing, fit me in on short notice and a lovely guy to chat with.

Got a bike seat done a couple of months ago gave it a month to see if I got used to it then rang up and he said to bring it in for him then to say he couldn’t do anything else for it so waste of time pretty unhappy it’s uncomfortable worse then the factory seat wouldn’t recommend going here
