Lady over the intercom was giving an important update about train scheduling but spoke so softly you could barely hear her. When a train passed, the entire message was drowned out. If there's a delay, no-one will know.

Really surprised by the customer service at the counter today-not sure if the Asian lady was having a bad day or she can’t deal with peak periods. I wanted to buy an adult myki and was asking her how much the myki was and if I could top up 6 dollars and she was just yelling at me saying “how many days , how many weeks”. Thought it was quite rude .

None of the staff available to provides any information for V line services, people kept looking at each other and trains cancelled without any information by staff.

The staff at the convenience store at Sunshine do not know how to serve food and drinks. Potatoes cakes are still iced and the drink almost burns my tongue but then resting it, it is completely flat like water!!There were a woman and a young girls before here. They made fantastic food and drinks. Since they changed the staff, I could no longer drink the late. They completely have no ideas how to make milk and temperature. Can you pls get them some proper food training !!

FULL STARS FOR A MODERN, CLEAN, EFFICIENT TRAIN STATIONGetting to Sunshine from the city seems a long way mainly because the terrain along the way is like a desert with sporadic townships!The station itself is very modern with platforms dedicated to metro trains and others where country line services seem to stop.Access is via an overhead walkway so there are lots of steps to get to the platform but being newsih, the station has very good lifts that will make it easy for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. There are toilets and ticketing offices (staffed) as well as very well signed arrival and departure boards.The station has a bus interchange right next to it to get you to places in the vicinity.

Only been stabbed here twiceSomeone tried to mug me with a plastic knife onceAnother guy once tried to take my phone in broad daylight.But overall pretty good station.It has been more than 5 years since last stabbed.More pso and busses come not on time, but they do come abit more reflective of timetable. Compared to when they'd just skip a time slot.
