I remember feeling so nervous and unsure starting Kung Fu. I was quite overweight and had no strength at all.Different story today thanks to Peninsula Kung Fu.I lost all my weight and feel so much stronger in body and in mind. I’m exercising and learning a new skill at the same time. It’s empowering!It’s a family of like minded friendly people who all support each other in learning new skills.I’m so very grateful to Seifu Glen for his continued support, guidance and friendship. It really changed my life.

Peninsula Kung Fu do not just offer a school for Wing Chun training. They offer a community that caters to absolutely anyone, young or old. Walking into a martial arts school may seem intimidating but when you join PKF you are welcomed straight into this community and quickly gain confidence through the encouragement of the instructors and your fellow students. Sifu Glenn has a unique ability to share his deep knowledge of this beautiful art no matter your experience or fitness level. I have gained so much from my time at PKF and I am thrilled to see my two daughters also building their self confidence and loving their time at class, it is the highlight of their week. Been training here throughout the stop/start of the 6 lockdowns in Melbourne the last couple of years. Really enjoy training here, the Trainers in Sifu, Sarah, Gary, Shaun and Brodie (sorry if names are spelt incorrectly) are great at their craft and make for lessons to be fun and creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment while getting fit, healthy and learning the system of Wing Chun Kung Fu. It really makes you think and use your mind and it's amazing for your Mental Health. Thanks Guys and look forward to the next 12 months and beyond.

Great Kung Fu studio, instructors and students have a really good attitude and make you feel welcomed and relaxed without compromising focus on Wing Chun.

Peninsula Kung Fu has been such a bonus for our family. The kids started first, and through the lockdown we would join in on Zoom. Started in person just over a year ago and have found it brilliant. Wonderful time. Encouraging and supportive instructors. Work at your own pace but in a welcoming environment. Thoroughly recommend for fitness, training, self defence, and just a fun experience.
