Save your money and go somewhere else. if you do buy something they're going to spend month denying that anything is wrong with the product, maybe eventually actually assess the product, insist it just needed minor repairs only for the same fault to reoccur in 6 weeks and then just not respond to any communication to resolve the issue.after spending nearly 5 THOUSAND dollars at their store i would expect at least a response to my enquiries instead i get silence, numerous messages over the course of 5 months since the issue reoccured and not a single response... pathetic.dont waste your time this store loaction at the very least is a scam that wants to sell you lemon goods and run away with your money and not talk to you when you reach out to find a solution

The best forty winks store. Bought mattress and base more than 1 yr ago and reported that recently the base was squeaky. No questions asked, they arranged for a replacement once it became available. Top notch customer service. Recommend for anyone looking to buy.

We were told by the sales guy there was a 90 day return period if we were not happy with the comfort level of the bed and we could exchange for a different firmness, went back to store and requested this of which he told myself and wife we must be confused as it was only available on another product. I'd suggest he wasn't expecting the bed to return and closed the sale with this offer. The sales guy said he would see what he could do for us and as yet no reply weeks later. Misrepresenting the King Coil brand......

One of the shop employees (or a manager), the older guy with longer hair, was EXTREMELY rude to us during our visit. He was supposed to look after us and we had very simple requirement - queen size firmer bed due to my back problems. From start, he was very arrogant. After showing us the most expensive model, I said that this just did not suit me due to my back problem and that I liked the one before better, he said well I've just shown you the Porsche of mattresses
