Great range of carpets, good service.I found the carpet of the size, style and colour that I wanted, although I believe that I had to pay for it more than it was worth. Hopefully this carpet will keep its good looks for a long time.

Really poor service. When leaving my rugs for wash & repair, I was advised I would hear back about a quote for repair. After 3 weeks of not hearing, I must have made about 10 calls to three different people before my rugs were even located.

We gave 3 of our carpets to be washed and when they came back they looked brand new! This was the first time we have washed them in 9 years of owning them and we were pleasantly surprised when they came back, making them look like when we first bought them.
