Naturopath Katie Forster

I have been seeing Katie for multiple health issues surrounding gut problems as well as anxiety. Katie is an outstanding practitioner who has impressed me every step of the way with her knowledge, skills and compassionate care. I have seen many practitioners in my time and id say Katie is one of the best. she was the first to suggest I get tested for the MTFHR gene which came back positive, and can be addressed by taking a certain type of b vitamins This has greatly improved my mental health and anxiety due to improved detoxification. I have had cold hands and chilblains in the winter all my life and this has finally been resolved with certain herbs and supplements!Katie is up with all the latest science and provides evidence based advice and suggestions, but never in a forceful or overly opinionated way, which I love. its easy to be receptive to her advice. She referred me to have stool testing done to determine specifically what is going on in my gut, and the test result was able to provide a clear and direct treatment plan for dealing with an overgrowth of bad bacteria and some leaky gut problems.I have referred her to other friends as I find her to be warm and friendly, very helpful and caring and full of expertise in her profession.
