Had organised for someone to come replace a heater fan.Another plumber i went through may have botched the installation or there was a manufactory error. (Both are pretty good at pointing fingers)On said date and time there was no plumber. Feels like because im meant to only pay for labour, as the fan is covered by warranty, im just an afterthought not a high priority client.

Worst service ever did not show up for the appointment time scheduled time. Called office and spoke with someone who said they will call around to see what is happening and call me straight back. Never heard anything so called 3 times in afternoon and no one picked up the phone. Still today i have never heard anything from anyone. Do not recommended at all
