Competent,hard working and a pleasure to deal with .Michael Brown works very hard . He called me to enquire if I may be considering selling my property. I had had no firm plans for that at the time. As per my request he sent me an email regarding the current market in Toowoomba and the expected value of my property I was ready to sell! And he did not disappoint. Immediately he launched into the sale and within 2 weeks it was sold. He knows the market and he knows his craft. He must be putting in a fair few hours to be where he is. An excellent outcome for me and an agent i will not forget.

Never have i outlayed so much money for so little work. Not specific to York alone. The entire industry is questionable. How real estates can charge commission that is 8 to 10 times what the solicitors fees are for a house sale is beyond me. One are a group of trained professionals whose expertise we rely upon.... and the other...perhaps not.

It has been amazing being a tenant for York Realty, everything has been very professional and by the book, will also being treated as a person and not just a rent check for the landlord of the property, recently the residence that I rent thru them went up for sale, not only did the sales team keep me updated, but when they held a viewing of the property I would not have even known that anyone had been thru the property if i wasn't informed, this was even of a very wet and muddy day. I highly recommend for anyone either looking for a rental or to buy.

I have known Scott Couper since he sold me my last house in Toowoomba, in 2009. Although he was not the principal agent for the property, he went above and beyond what he was required to do and I found him to be excellent. Naturally he was my only choice to sell that house in October this year and at that stage I found out just how good he is. He knows his job, and buyers, so well, at one point I wondered if he had a crystal ball! He was also a very good counsellor when I was feeling anxious during what is a stressful time. We ended up, in a short time, with exactly the positive outcome Scott had predicted and we are very happy.
