I went to secrets to purchase an engagement ring for my soon to be wife and I experienced amazing service that holly provided me, such excellent enthusiasm had some amazing insights on different styles we ended up with a shouldered oval ring couldn’t be happier. She really knew what she was talking about her knowledge of the product was incredible… I would’ve chosen the complete opposite can confirm that proposal was a success …GIVE HER A RAISE.

I can’t even begin to explain my beautiful experience at highpoint secrets with the amazing Chandu! She spent quality time with me to pick the perfect lab grown diamond earrings and tennis bracelet to add to my collection! I am absolutely blown away with the quality of my purchase and the service from the beautiful Chandu! She is absolutely gorgeous, she took the time to get to know my style and help me pick the perfect pieces - I felt so looked after and my new pieces have already received so many compliments! I will definitely be back to see Chandu and purchase more diamonds in the near future ❤️

Recently came into Secrets Shhh for the first time, looking to purchase a gift for my mum and was served by a lovely women named Dulari. she was absolutely amazing and made me feel very comfortable, such great customer service for my first time. Oh my god I cannot thank this place enough. My sisters birthday was coming up, and she decided to have a last minute party. She's very picky, and I was stressed enough trying to find a present. Dulari made it her personal mission to find me a piece that both my sister and I would adore. She very patiently showed me multiple pieces, giving me her honest opinion, and helping me look through multiple collections. My guardian angel! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Secret Shhh has been fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone. From perusing the store by ourselves, to getting the one on one attention I required by the sales assistant was incredible. They were very sweet, encouraging and reassuring when it came to settling my nerves about the jewellery I should buy. Even weeks later when I returned to get a matching necklace to go with my special ring that I got earlier in the year both sales assistants remembered my name, were both extremely delightful and happy to assist me once again in choosing the right necklace. These two sales assistants were amazing at there jobs and need to be recognised for the incredible work that they do. Keep it up!
