Rebound Health

Both father and daughter in our family have benefited greatly from attending Rebound Health for some years. Both members have extensive and complex issues and the exercise physiotherapists involved have clearly been very experienced showing great empathy and understanding in managing their requirements.The owner of the business has bent overboard to accommodate their needs and the assistance to our family has been second to none. I sought out an exercise physiologist to get a strength training program to help to strengthen and support my back without causing any further issues to an existing back condition. The practitioner did not listen when I explained the movements that caused discomfort and pain, and gave me a series of exercises to do that immediately made things worse. I have now had to seek other medical support to sort out these problems. Very unhappy....In response to your comment below, yes sure Andrew, feel free to call me.Why am I not surprised. A week later and I have not received a call from anyone at Rebound as indicated below. It seems the comment below was an empty gesture to make it look as though they care.

I'm feeling a lot better than when I first started with Rebound Health at Warriewood. I have had the absolute pleasure of working out with the lovely Kate (exercise physiologist). Whilst Kate is a hard task master she understands my health limitations. She is fantastic at explaining and physically showing me how to do my exercises correctly for maximum benefit. Can highly recommend.

I saw Sol for my neck and spine issues. He was more than helpful in his suggestions on how to manage my pain and exercises at home to do to correct the issues.
