I had original Tonkotsu Ramen & teriyaki chicken bento. It was just like simple taste. The staff service was really good and there are many foods that you can enjoy lightly.

Lovely food prepared fresh and served fast. Great attentive service.Excellent for a quick bite to eat when you can’t be bothered cooking. My usual go to is the spicy gyoza or the Chicken Katsu Curry Don. New favorite is the vegetable tempura.

The food is really tasty, perfect flavour for my taste. My partner and I have been to this place since it opened, and we were never let down. The ambience is truly enjoyable - which is dirven by lovely staffs and their service.

Getting delivery from them was a terrible experience. The indicated wait time was up to 60 minutes but the food 90 minutes later. No status updates were provided and calls to find out what was going on went unanswered. In enquiring with the payment provider, the payment provider had said the lack of status was due to 'negligence' on Shinya's part (their words, not mine). The karaage and katsu in the bentos were soggy and the salad leaves were soggy and brown.

This is the second time we have visited. Loved the food. Had the vegetarian Bento box. It had a good selection of food with the spring rolls, rice, salad, gyozas, and pancake. The waiter" is the best. I'm not sure what it says

We saw the good reviews so last week my wife and I tried it out and we were very disappointed. We sat on the wooden bench which was sticky as was the table. I had the tonkotsu ramen while my wife had the chicken katsu curry. My pork was really chewy, especially the tough rind... and no nori either despite it being listed on the menu. But the worst was the chicken katsu... it was cold... how is that even possible? We think it must've been pre made and not heated up correctly. The vegetable tempura was oily as well. The only nice dish was the fried oysters, but not enough to save this experience.

I know I shouldn’t expect authentic ramen at Melbourne suburbs, but other Google reviews gave me false hope. We had beef tataki, gyoza and 3 different types of ramen. All three bowls of ramen tasted really bad. The broth tasted very starchy and you could tell they don’t have their own broth. The char sia(pork belly on ramen) was hard. I could look beyond all that as I assumed it’s easy to get all the ingredients. But the real crime here was was lukewarm soup. My noodle was hotter than my soup. Gyoza were too oily. To be fair, the staff were very very friendly, but the food quality definitely needs some improvement.
