Got my daughter a foot long white chicken classic as a meal which includes 2 cookies and a drink. The amount of lettuce was a joke it was barely there also the amount of sauce was a dribble had to ask for more on top of that charged me $19 something when it’s only $17 dollars every other subway I’ve been to, this subway is a rip off would definitely not be going back

Advertised 600ml drink in deal. Tried to only give a smaller size. Had to stand and argue re his advertisement. Right in front of us. Will not be returning. Spoilt out visit.

Dreadful service! Was charge double to price for a meal when every other subway charges the correct price. They have advertised a set price and double it for no apparent reason. When question the older worker stated “that’s just was it is.” This makes no sense what so ever. The older male worker was rude to the younger female staff working and I felt sorry for their work environment.

I gave my 10 year grand daughter some money as she wanted subway for lunch. She choose the chicken wrap with lettuce and cheese kid me not there were 6 pieces of diced chicken, half a slice of cheese and minute amount of lettuce. I was absolutely disgusted that they charged her $10 and I returned to Subway to show them and the manager was not even interested in what I had to say or was willing to refund me. Subway Tweed Heads you should not be in business if you have no customer service skills and continue to rip people off. It seems I am not the only person complaining about your service.

Worst Subway I’ve ever had… don’t get me wrong, I am suuuuper grateful for my 3 shreds of carrots and 2 slices of cucumber. And don’t get me started of that teaspoon worth of lettuce! Yum! I feel so lucky I want to share, so if someone wants it it’s in the bin outside of Coles. About 5.99 inches left.

Went to this establishment Tuesday 13/12/22. I don’t know who has the Franchise for this outlet. Whoever it is, needs to take a good hard look at the minuscule amount of filling that are put into their rolls. Do you think 3 slices of Cucumber,( Which was brown in colour ). Limp lettuce, 6 pieces of carrot. And a piece of ham was worth the money???. Basically it was disgusting. Took one bite, then trashed it. My advice to prospective customers???. Go to another Subway outlet to get value for your dollar.

This was awful. Asked for a 6 inch, got a foot long and it was too late to change it as they had already put the chicken in the microwave. Asked for extra cheese (which you pay extra for, mind you) but got the stingiest amount, couldn’t even taste it. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it got burnt. I got two salads, salad was extremely stingy, there was virtually no lettuce at all. Asked for extra sauce, got one single line of it. Asked for light salt and pepper and it got heaped on. Customer service was awful, it felt like they didn’t even attempt to listen, and workers seemed unhappy. Manager was obviously micromanaging his workers - he was staring them down and watching their every move as they made the sandwich, perhaps this is why I had no food on my bread. Worst Subway I’ve ever had, not at all worth the $15 that I paid, really disappointing.
