We had a breakdown on Cape York and Michael and his team at ARB Cairns have gone above and beyond to support us to get back on the road again. ARB Cairns have been fantastic helping us resolve this and another issue we have had, even while we were on the road traveling the East Coast. We highly recommend ARB and their service!

I had a problem with an ARB long range fuel tank which ARB Cairns sorted for me today in about 40 min at no cost. The tank had been incorrectly installed by a dealer on the other side of the country - no fault of ARB. I am very impressed with both ARB generally, and the Cairns shop. ARB does well around the world for good reason!

If there was a lesser score I could go lower ! For this branchHad an snorkel installed in ARB Labrador and they over tightened the air box and cracked the cap mounts. Arrived in Cairns on route to the tip. ARB very quickly asked if it was a corporate store or another what the ???? ARB should help fix there installation f**k up. But no! No care no help, never again. ARB are disjointed and separated and useless.

I ordered airbags and an extra spring for my Hilux in June 2021. Advised parts should be here in August. Followed up in August and now told possibly mid November 21. Went to my mechanic and he is doing both next week for same price.

Really bad communication. Ordered an item upwards of $400 on Nov 10 2021 & told 8 weeks till it arrived. Followed up with them after 8 weeks myself (as I was not contacted by them at all) and was then told to wait a further 5 weeks for delivery! — here I am that 5 weeks later and have now been told to wait another 2 weeks. Each time I get a slightly different story.I don’t think it’s rocket science — just plain old click & forget customer service. Going elsewhere now.

I went to ARB Cairns today with a small problem from another ARB installation. The guys there were so helpful and friendly and fitted us in quickly as we were heading up north. All done under warranty with no hesitation. The original store were also great. It was just one of those things.
