They haven't got back to me yet. Chic was nice and professional but I haven't received any contact from them regarding spare keys to be cut. I know that the keys are not on the shelf so I'll wait a bit longer.

I have dealt with the owner of this business for over 25 years. Have always found mitch to be professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Would highly recomend for any of your locksmith needs, in the kurri kurri, cessnock areas.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Rude and unprofessional. First time in the shop I was ignored while he chatted to a mate for 20 minutes about something unrelated to locksmithing. Second time in the shop I sent my partner up to get a quote, my partner fully explained what we were wanting, great no issues. I call to book what we got quoted and was met with, “you definitely have the wrong number, I wouldn’t have quoted on this ever” I rang from the business card my partner was given in store. He then hung up on me mid sentence. Honestly don’t waste your time and money on this jerk.
