We use Nexgen as our internet phone carrier. As I was working from home I needed to have the app working and was having difficulty with the app and my extension. My call was answered straight away. While the app itself is not the greatest interface to use. Meg was very helpful, explained what was happening and took the time to ensure my extension was working on my app. and I could receive and make calls. I was very appreciative.
