My roof replacement went excluding the hiccup's of weather without a hitch. The team at Quality improvements answered my calls, emails and questions on site and were most helpful in the management of the work. Connie in the office was exceptionally helpful with communication and Boris and Tyler on the roof competed a job exceeding my expectations. I'm really happy with the trade work completed. The iron and clean up crews left everything neat and tidy and David's follow up call to check in on the job was appreciated. Great company that does a perfect job every time, I had a veranda and carport built on my property a few years ago and when the time came to get my roof replaced from tiles to colourbond steel roofing and replace gutters, l had no hesitation in giving them a call for a quote. A few months later due to weather delays and Covid lockdown the job is finished and it looks amazing, installers did a top job. Hats of to Jim and his boys. I would recommend SA quality home improvements to anyone looking for a professional company that gets the job done.

Recently engaged saqhi to design and construct a carport and verandah. What a drama. A year later after signing the contract we are still waiting for the job to be complete. Most of it has been done, it looks good, however, after no communication from the project manager, only from when I called them. All I received were excuses after excuses. Can't get materials, we are busy, people are sick etc etc. Most of the project was built in about a week, and have now been waiting for 5 months for materials to finish flashings, down pipe fittings etc. Ridiculous. Won't be going with them again unfortunately.

Although taking longer than expected, the final result is excellent.All the attending 'trades' were fantastic. Many thanks to Connie for keeping us up to date, with all correspondence from the initial sales to completion always polite and courteous.We are now set to enjoy this space for many years.

My roof was a big and complex job. The old terracotta tiles were removed and replaced with colorbond and the house has a complete new lease of life. The SA Quality Home iImprovements team were at all times great to deal with. Any trouble shooting expertly done. Tick, tick! The job invoice came in and matched the quote. Very friendly and professional team.
