Bunnings Trade Centre Seaford

Loved shopping at bunnings but trying to find help was not fun... no body around to help at all !!!!

The parking is easy. The staff are extremely knowledgeable which makes finding what you need so much easier. Then the price was a surprise...wins all round

To the Manager of Bunnings Seaford ! (NOT THE TRADE CENTRE AREA ) I suggest you speak to the four lady staff members that were on last night from 5pm to 7pm . The employee the man was lovely to both myself and my friend . We both kept a safe distance from all staff members . Being made to feel unwelcome in your store and I understand you closed at 7pm Sunday Night. My friend was running late but a staff member taking my friends trolley from me and putting the items through without her present confused my friend and when she arrived with another trolley full of plants she did not understand how come it was already $169 . The gloves we both thought were priced at $7.95 came up at $10.50 . So Karen said she could not afford 3 boxes only wanted one box for her father . Refund was done and another staff member took all three boxes out when refund was only for two . When I spoke up. I was told I basically was lying. The one box of gloves was in the Trolley! . The lady at the register was the only one that agreed with me and after the other staff members checked the trolley they went quiet. I suggest management look at there security cameras . No staff member should process a customers trolley without there permission or without the customer at the Register ! If this was not done then no refunds would of occured or confusion or time wasting! Staff rushing customers cost them have to refund items my friend did not want. I certainly wanted to go home myself and not be There for 2hours shopping, but my friend loves shopping at Bunnings " more regularly than myself . Your staff are paid to be there . If they Dont want to work I suggest they tell management that

I got a Victor line trimmer last year some time, I have had so many problems with it and it leeks petrol, I'm trying to get a refund but i don't think I'll get it I cant even get it started

Poor service they just don't care

My Local Bunnings, It's as good as any other i guess. Staff are all very friendly. I'm here pretty often and it always has what I need.

Very helpful staff
