As with all restaurants within the Sydney Fish Market you can expect the freshest of the fresh. Their Sydney rock oysters had a slightly salty profile and their Pacific oysters had a sweeter profile. The raw scampi was amazing - the perfect mix between prawn and scallop sashimi.Just note that if you purchase from the cart outside, they will not let you dine in - instead you will need to dine in the communal area. You can find my video reviews here:Instagram: upperecheloneatsYouTube: @upperecheloneatsTiktok: theupperecheloneats

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. In fact, we were about an hour late but the staff were still so accommodating. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. We got there via light rail (got off at Fish Market stop and walked about 5 mins). There is parking onsite but it looked pretty packed when we were there for Sunday lunch. There are toilets too, but they're the market toilets, so not connected to the restaurant.Looking forward to coming back here soon!

This is a lovely restaurant. Didn’t have a booking but the manager on at the time found space for us. Restaurant was pumping and staff did really well. Only thing was bar struggled. Four drinks we had ordered all came out at different times - some after we finished eating. Seafood was lovely and fresh and the chips were super delicious - chicken salt is the secret ingredient.

Nice fresh seafood at the Sydney Fish markets. Waterside venue. Online downside is the parking. You pay a lot. Not the fault of the restaurant though. Should have a reasonable flat rate if parking validated by the restaurant. Lunch for 4 cost an additional $100.00 for parking alone adding $25 to each person's total paid as we left the car park. Does not encourage attendance at an otherwise nice venue for a lovely seafood experience.

The food here was okay but the staffs here were extremely friendly. It seems to be more expensive than the other shops behind. But the other shops did not have seats within the store itself

First time eating here, food is great, very fresh as they are at the fish market. Be prepared to wait a bit for the food but the ambience is great and service is good too. There is plenty of seating available. Don’t get the creamy prawn pasta, it came out lukewarm.

We had a lovely lunch today at The Boatshed at Pyrmont. The restaurant was busy but still our food came out quickly & it was delicious. If visiting & driving just remember you also need to pay for parking.

I think this might be my new favourite seafood restaurant in Sydney. We had the lobster noodle w giner and shallots and added extra chilli - my favourite dish, cooked to perfection w flavour balance on point. The oyster morney was divine, deliciously creamy, the oysters not overcooked. The king prawns were amazing. The platter for one was a really good way to finish, they let us swap out the blue swimmer crab for extra prawns too.The service is prompt, friendly

Although this place has changed names, it is still the best place to eat at the fish markets, always fresh and high quality, the service is great and they have a nice wine selection to match your food.
