I'm a photographer and Shane and his team went above and beyond to help me with my first order of fine art prints for my new on-line gallery shop. I was blown away by the quality of the prints and how quickly they arrived. Their customer service was outstanding, providing me with excellent advice about print sizing, paper selection and uploading my images to order. Just an amazing experience all round! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough for both professional photographers and beginners alike! Brilliant!

InkFX Printing is THE only place to get your special memories printed onto fine art canvas and aluminum. I did both with a series of 4 images and the end products are BETTER than the digital prints I sent through. MAGIC!Do you remember that feeling when you were a child with Christmas arriving? That's how I felt when my prints arrived in WA. Oh the excitement!!! The images within the carefully packed boxes were deeply significant to me. So you can imagine my heartbreak when I realised that one of the boxes - despite FRAGILE stickers all over - was compromised. When I unwrapped the layers of packing, the canvas was indeed damaged. I cried. It was such a GREAT canvas too (one of the biggest available through InkFX Printing).I contacted the Shane immediately to let him know. He was as upset as me and got onto doing a reprint ASAP.It arrived today - and it is magnificent!I not only recommend InkFX Printing, I fully endorse their products, work ethic and good old fashioned customer service. I placed my first order with InkFX Printing this week and the turn-around time and final product were great! Email contact with Kat was quick and friendly and speaking with Shane on the phone - no different. Shane made an allowance for my late collection and I really appreciate that! I can highly recommend InkFX after having 2x large quality canvas prints done. The result was AWESOME!! They were even delivered to my door and I live in a rural area which is no easy feat! The care that was taken with the imaging was amazing - I know the image was not THAT good when I sent it off to them - the resolution and sharpness was just fantastic! And the parcel was so well padded and protected for the postage and delivery. The customer service is excellent! Well done guys! I will always be using you for my work. :)

InkFX is AMAZING! The quality of the canvas is amazing and expertly finished which really shows how much care has been taken in putting the canvas together. Only had my canvas for a short time but the clients Ive shown so far have been hugely impressed! The service from the InkFX team is wonderfully personalised so you know you are dealing with real people who truly do want to provide your business with the best possible products AND at amazing prices. (Seriously love that a large majority of your products have postage included. It makes it so much easier for me then!) Oh and did I mention how quickly I received my product? 3 business days from ordering to receiving... seriously ONLY THREE DAYS!!! Thats unheard of these days! I have no doubts that by using InkFX for my printing needs I have just boosted my own business tenfold!5 star service, quality, price and delivery!

After getting a few trial prints done over the last few months I am now using InkFX Printing for 99% of my work. I take mostly nightscape and landscape images and just love the results on large aluminium, they just 'Pop'.It makes prints much easier to sell when they look that good.When I have had a question I can call and speak directly with Shane and get the answers I need, you can't get that from one of the chain or overseas online stores.Turn-around time is very fast and items are very well packed.I highly recommend InkFX Printing if you put quality of the finished product first.Ian WilsonPhoton Images
