Worst communication ever.I purchased a bed on the 25th of July, they told me it would be a 3 week wait and would be delivered on the 21st of August. My husband called and paid the remainder of the balance on the 19th of August. The lady he spoke to confirmed it will be delivered on the 21st.I called on the 21st of August asking what time the bed would be delivered as I had taken the day off work to receive the delivery, the lady I spoke to then told me the truck driver for the area was not working due to covid but it would 100% be delivered on the Tuesday 25th of August. I then got a call on Sunday the 23rd of August with the lady stating it wouldn’t be delivered for over a month because the factory that was meant to make it closed down (even though 2 days prior she was telling me it was made and ready to be delivered on the Tuesday????).I had taken the Tuesday off work and couldn’t get my shift back so at this point had lost 2 days worth of wages. We confirmed with her that it would 100% be delivered on the 29th of September and she said yes absolutely so we decided to wait.I have just called to confirm delivery on the 29th of September and the man I spoke to just told me it hasn’t been made and won’t be delivered by then because the factory is closed. Nobody has communicated with me throughout this process other than when I have called (and they have confirmed each time it’s “definitely getting delivered on this dat” but it has cost me $1,438 for the bed, 2 days worth of wages losing me close to $400 and the stress off sleeping on my couch for 2 going on 3 months because my bed was picked up the day my new bed was meant to be delivered!!I can’t get over how unethical it is taking money from people and not informing them of delays, on top of continually promising delivery dates and then not communicating when these change.On top of this when I asked to speak to the manager I kept getting palmed off and told the regional manager is in the lockdown zone!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!

We bought the Ava couch from Harbour Lane back in September. After 2 months of use one of the cushions became lumpy and squeaky. After 4 months the cushion is even worse.There is no way to open the cushion to flatten it out so now we live with a cheap looking couch that we paid close to $3000 for. Don't waste your time
