The $10 ramen is so good- there’s always a queue so go early. Delicious food, good service and quick turnaround

Came here for lunch with a friend. Its a casual eatery, nothing special. I wasn't impressed with the vegan ramen as it came to $20 and didn't look as good as you would expect for the price. The broth was okay but I probably wouldn't come back.I enjoyed the salad and wanted to try more sides like the corn and tofu but they seemed expensive for side dishes.Tofu Bao just tasted like mayo and deep fried tofu with no flavour so didn't finish that.Definitely room for improvement :)

Both the pork and chicken ramen bowls were so delicious, there’s options to add toppings (that are fairly priced) and dinner specials run across weekdays. Can’t wait to return!

If you're in Brisbane and looking for a great ramen spot, look no further than Hai Hai. This cozy little spot is truly one of the best places in the city for ramen, with a fantastic selection of both Tonkotsu and veggie ramen that are sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. One of the standout features of Hai Hai is the friendly and welcoming staff, who always go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home, thanks to the warm and inviting atmosphere. In terms of the food, the Tonkotsu ramen is a standout, with a rich and flavorful broth that's sure to warm you up on even the coldest of days. If you're looking for something a bit lighter, the veggie ramen is also a great choice, with a variety of fresh vegetables and a tasty broth that's sure to leave you feeling satisfied. One of the other great things about Hai Hai is the pricing - you'll find that the dishes are very reasonably priced, making it a great choice for anyone on a budget. And with such high-quality food and service, you really can't go wrong. But it's not just the food and service that make Hai Hai so great - the music background and interior also add to the overall experience. The decor is modern and stylish, with plenty of cozy seating options, and the music adds a nice touch of ambiance to the space. All in all, if you're looking for some of the best ramen in Brisbane, along with friendly service, great prices, and a cozy atmosphere, Hai Hai is definitely the spot for you. Highly recommended!

Astounded by the rude service last night from a female Asian staff member. She just seemed so angry to be there! We were not asked if we enjoyed the meal at the end or if we needed any tap water. First impressions were incredibly disappointing. I am a local & I will be dining at alternative restaurants whom seem welcoming for the business.

We LOVED it here - great pricing and flavour! The only issue I had was the pork chashu was more like ham which was unappealing but the other people I went with liked it. The ramen egg is to die for - same with the pork belly and pork neck. We are currently planning on coming back here!!! Extra noodles were $1.50, we were amazed!

Ramen broth was a light tonkotsu. Noodles were a little grainy and not silky. Pork and takana was yummy. The ordering process was unnecessarily complicated with the QR code at table and glitchy so had to order at the counter anyway. The food came out quicker than it took to order, that was fabulous.

I have ordered from this place on three occasions now. The first two were great and very tasty. This recent order had no flavour on the corn and no sauce on the bao. Pretty disappointed because we spent a lot of money and have had a good experience in the past, and rarely order food. We probably won't order from this place again.

Decent warm dinner on a cold night. I had the tonkotsu pork ramen $16 with extra green veg $3.50 with the fried chicken baos 2 x for $13.50 and chashu chicken ramen $16.Tonkotsu was ok although the pork slices were very thin & not much to them. The broth was nicely creamy & not too salty. Could have had more noodles. Not worth the $3.50 to add more green veg. There were 3-4 small slices of Chinese broccoli & that’s it.Chicken ramen was very good. Salty and nice depth of flavour in the broth with nice charred chicken. Fried chicken baos were good but a little dry as the sauce had pooled in the fold.
