If you want your property to turn into a trash bin then this is the realestate agency for you. Have seen the property they manage transformed from a loved home to a place housing tenants who have the police regularly called on them, and the front lawn turned into a landfill site. I have reached out to this agent twice now to have the rubbish amongst other issues addressed without response. The trolley with trash in it for a month is a really nice touch. All they care about is collecting money.

Paul sharma is very rude and unprofessional. Think thousand times before selling property through him. He has no professional experience & poor customer service. He is shame for Real estate industry. I am thinking to complaint ACCC about this guy.
