Incredibly professional, the young woman who tested my husbands eyes was brilliant. I have more information from her than the hospital and am so grateful. Really quick turnaround on the glasses we ordered, very impressed and thank you.

Hopeless staff member, gave me an appointment and wrote it down on their card for me. When I went to my appointment next day they said it wasn't on their system, and would I re-book. So they've lost me.

I was greeted kindly, and efficiently by Rachel, who catered to my initial eye test. They spoke clearly and explained what was happening well, they also ensured my comfort through the process.The Optometrist Sophia then conducted further testing. They were very professional, also catering to my comfort, and explaining my result to me clearly.Annie helped me out with selecting my frames, they were personable and ever so helpful in their suggestions. I did not feel as though I was being pushed into a quick decision, or being pushed into an upsell. they were very informative on what deals were currently on offer.
