This is the 4th time using Aver and Line Photography for my child care centre. Every year the experience and the photos get better and better. As a centre manager i can not fault the photographers, they are professional, friendly and best of all great with the children and my staff, and as a mother the photos are simply perfection, this year they captured the the most amazing photos of my daughter. My daughter is very weary of new faces and often snarls at them. But these photos are nothing of that, she is happily playing and laughing and not one snarl!! The photographers really captured her perfectly.Thank you Aver and Line xx

Very Poor Customer supportWe’ve been waiting for over a month and still have no feedback on photos taken.I would NOT recommend if you want prompt customer response. And even worse, they have closed business early for ChristmasI have tried contacting them and have had no response

The worst kinder photos 2 years in a row! Would NOT recommend this company for kinder photos EVER! And we are not the only parents from our kinder that are so disappointed with the photos. Staff at the kinder take photos throughout each week and those photos are 1000% better than the woeful photos this company takes.

AMAZING!Aver & Line came to my sons Preschool and the photos they took are just fantastic. The quality and even the presentation are really professional and you know you've got your money's worth when you see them.I wish so much that Aver & Line were discovered a couple of years prior so my daughter had the same quality photos when she was at kinder.If your considering Aver & Line for your kinder photos, DO IT! You won't regret it.

Thank you for such a fantastic photo shoot for our Preschool fundraiser. Bianca was an absolutely amazing photographer who had a brilliant eye for lighting and backgrounds in the outdoor setting. She took some truly beautiful photos on a pretty average Melbourne day and had a lovely manner with all the families. She quickly established a great rapport with the children which made the whole photo shoot fun and stress free. The quality of the photos was outstanding and the packages were very reasonably priced. This will be a fundraiser we will definitely be repeating in future.

We received AMAZING photos of our son from the Childcare photos that Aver and Line did. We have had 'school' and 'childcare' photos from 4 different companies so far over the years, and these photos are by far, head and shoulders above the rest. A combination of genuine 'portfolio' quality head shots, and wonderful interactive action photos. All of them crisp and clear. Make sure you order a digital copy... you may want to get a large canvas print online, the photos are so good!

Disappointed with the outcome of the photos taken at my child's childcare. Very staged and not natural at all, does not deliver what the website states natural taken photos. Prices very expensive $99 for digital files cheapest package $79, due to my child's last year at day care I was not able to purchase just one digital photo, was told it was the whole package or nothing. Happy to pay that price if photos were more natural as per the description on the website. Child Care centres, please ensure parents understand the prices that are charged, child care is expensive enough let along asking families to pay this amount for disappointing photos.

We recently had family photos taken as part of our kindergarten’s fundraiser and we are so happy with the results. The photographer managed to get our reluctant one year to cooperate and we now have some lovely family photos to cherish at a very reasonable price. Also found the company very responsive to a follow up enquiry I had. Thanks so much!
