Hoppers Service Centre

Stay away from this place. If there was a lower rate than one star, I would do. Super disappointed with the owner of this workshop. I gave him my rego number and he pulled the details of the car and quoted me to replace the steering rack. I approved the quote and brought my car early morning as agreed. Then I received a call after 1 hour from the manager saying sorry my boss under quoted you and this job will cost alot more!!! don't waste your time guys. These people are unprofessional.

EDIT : there was no official quote on repairs only what they estimated on my roadworthy …. I’m not saying the workmanship is bad just think it’s overpriced and I don’t agree with re charging for the second inspection which I only found out after picking the car upPut my car in for a roadworthy to which it failed …. I was fine with that as the things the car failed on I totally agreed needed to be addressed ….I had the car repaired off site and booked it in 7 days after initial inspection for the re inspectionThe morning I showed up I was then told there would be a $100 re inspection fee and when I questioned this (never have I been charged to have a re-inspect fee) I was told because of the time it takes them they have to charge …. Now I dropped the car there at 8am and received an email at 8.22am to say it had passed so to my calculations they are charging $300p/h to inspect my carAbsolutely never again will I bring my car here I can understand if it fails the third time you go back to charge again for the but to charge on the first re inspection is just highway robbery even after calling vic roads to question it they even thought it was a little exorbitantDefinitely shop around before taking your car here

Very good customer service. I went to get the Roadworthy Certificate. They had a quick turnaround time and called when they were done. Happy to recommend them for the services they provide.

Easy place to deal with when needing a good service at reasonable prices. Especially with new vehicles they can resolve what is wrong with it..

Excellent, well priced service to my vehicle and loads of support. I needed a Roadworthy and some items were not charged but the quality was maintained throughout the visit to this site. I have used Hoppers Service Centre in the past and would not hesitate to recommend the staff to any person/s who need good honest and professional service to thier vehicle.

I've been taking my Ford Mondeo (2012) to John and his team for a few service intervals now. Each time they have been very friendly and professional and most importantly, go the extra mile to provide great customer service.My last service was prompted by a large interval (read: Covid), and the Oil Service warning was coming up.John booked me in, the service was in a few days, and when I mentioned the Oil light he suggested I pop around so they could check and top up the oil to ensure the car was OK until the booked service date.When they replaced my Tires, he asked me to bring it back after a couple of weeks to double check the alignment.You don't get this kind of service everywhere which is why I'll keep getting my car service here.
