Booked the wrong time, no conformation of booking due to their misunderstanding, unwilling to have a productive conversation about how to prevent them making the same mistake from happening againTook the day off for work for this quote.Kept talkimg over me to call me rude and told me to find someone else because I was asking for a confirmation of booking to ensure I am not missing another days work.No apology or accountability around their error.Rarely write reviews, but never have I had such an unprofessional and unreasonable experience with a company as I did this morning.Been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Totally ZERO customer service. Called them for quote on fly screen for all windows in house. Guy came took all measurements and promised to send quote in two days.I Called back office after 5 days to confirm if they still doing quote. Was told will pass the message. Hello it has been 1 month.Still waiting.......hell No

I personally am not happy with the customer service I received from this company. From my experience, it was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone from You're Secure regarding someone coming out to give us a quote - we called multiple times (although they advised they had no record of this) and I sent through a contact form via their website. We did finally have someone come out to give us a quote, however only a rough quote was given on a few items and we were advised they would email through a formal quote ASAP (understandable). We understood this might take a while as the callout was the week before Christmas break. Two separate 'following up' emails were sent during the month after the call out quote happened (after Jan 9). These emails were not responded to, nor was an automatic email sent to state the business was not open. It took a third email stating a review would be published online before someone finally replied stating they had missed the previous emails and that a formal quote would arrive on Monday. We will not be proceeding with the quote. I personally believe they lack quality customer service and communication skills and recommend looking elsewhere for a company who has the ability to communicate effectively when necessary and doesn't leave a customer feeling like they have been 'ghosted'.

Originally phoned to get a rep out to quote on my requirements at North Booval. Said would have rep phone back. No callback. I phoned an hour later they said rep had left the office! Reception calls 2 days later to schedule appointment for Friday. Rep arrives and measures everything. Says he will have quote back in a week. Thats been over a month now. Have called the office 3 times to get quote emailed, they always say will follow up with rep. Have never received any quote to date. Find the girls on the phone can be rude and abrupt. Pretty much a waste of time dealing with this company. Have since accepted another quote. Be warned, if you want to be stuffed around give them a call !

I wish I could give no stars due to the fact that they are very rude when presenting them with issues such as:- window not latching shut- window latches not staying in place.- front screen door frame not attached properly- front screen door lock sticks (locking us inside, great if there ever was a fire)- all no more gaps had to be re-done by myself as it did not fill the gaps and basically fell out of place.- very rushed install- installer was more concerned about what time peak hour traffic started rather than doing a good jobI have 9 more windows to be installed and a sliding glass door. I will not ever use this company again nor will I ever recommend.

Was told quote would be emailed the night of the measuring. Four days later nothing. Srnt txt confirming email address and requested the quote. Nothing by mid afternoon next day do made my decision on quotes received. Very poor customer service

We had a guy come out to measure security screen doors for our property. We waited several weeks and then followed up and they said we’d have the quote the next day, I also followed up about a week later and they said we would receive it that afternoon. It’s now several days later and we still have no quote and now need to look elsewhere to get the work done. Would have appreciated them to just advise of not wanting to do the job or if potential delays so we could make an informed decision before progressing. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

This company have fitted my entire house with blinds and screens. The service I have received is second to none with all calls returned. No problem is to small for Viviene and the blinds look amazing. Thanks so much 5*

I can’t really fault them. Their prices were awesome and I didn’t have to sacrifice quality for the price either which was bonus. And the installers were true professionals. They arrived on time and completed all of the work in a great time frame. Other companies told me up to 3 days to complete the job. Instead it was done in 7 hours . I d definitely recommend their services to everyone else.

Few months ago, I requested a quick free quote on the phone when their truck was passing through my place. A lady who answered my call took all my details and booked me a free quote in following week but there was no phone call or nobody came to my place at all. I could have re-contacted to them for following up again but I just so disappointed thier attitude towards a potential customer. Instead of this company, I contacted to another company (securelux) and I was so satisfied a quick quote, installation and good price as well.
