My experience selling through Dimitri Cassidy (nee Manolis) from Ray White New Farm was extremely disappointing. I found him to employ a questionable sales approach and not work in my best interests. He seemed to be wanting the fastest possible sale rather than achieving the best price.- He informed the buyer I had accepted their offer without any instruction from myself.- Sales history data in the comparable sales report he provided was greater than three months old.- He focused on an off-market sale rather than an auction approach, seeking only two offers and strongly encouraged I accept.- He made repeated calls to me on the weekend and evening to pursue closing the deal even after I requested this not to occur.- He did not give me a genuine opportunity and time to obtain relevant independent legal advice on my own terms.- In the subsequent weeks following the sale a near-identical apartment to my own in the same building sold for 37% more.The agent has since offered me an amount of money to remove this review, so that the average rating is not reduced.

The process was smooth, and they checked in after to make sure everything was finalised. Ben offered lots of helpful information about Teneriffe, its history and character. We would highly recommend Ben and his team.

Ben Percival & the team were professional, honest and communicated exceptionally well. The biggest thing I can say is that he does what he says he is going to do, returns messages and calls promptly and kept us in the loop through the entire process. His knowledge of the New Farm area was certainly evident in our great result. Agents sometimes receive a bad wrap but Ben and his team were the opposite to the stereotypical tropes you normally hear about. Highly recommend, will use again.

Josh was amazing! But it was the little things that made the whole process so easy. Like creating a group messaging page so that we all knew what was going on-so simple yet so effective. He also has a team of great trades to call upon from house cleaners to painters to stylists and makes the whole process of deciding to sell to actually selling a smooth one. His team of people, like Angell, are equally friendly, understanding and flexible and made an emotional time in our lives a positive and flawless one.
