I'm giving two stars instead of one star because she gave a partial refund (37% back).I wanted to go platinum blonde from virgin brown and there were so many things wrong.1. She attended calls and walks in while bleaching my hair so the bleach didn't stay on my hair for an even amount of time (the right side is darker than the left and the back is a lot darker still).2. She didn't cover my hair, so the ends didn't build up heat and they were much darker than the roots.3. My hair was really patchy after the bleaching and she said she could get a level 9 and added colour when it wasn't bleached evenly to begin with.4. She noticed it was still brassy and added darker colour to try and fix the bad bleaching.4. When I saw my hair after it was dry, it looked awful (patchy, mistoned, brassy at the roots) and I said so and she tried to tell me it would look better tomorrow and that this was a good look.5. There was also product left in my hair and I woke up in the middle of the night and had to shower to stop the burning.I went to another salon for advice a few days later and they were appaled at how bad it was and developed a plan to fix my hair.Summary: I would not recommend going here for bleaching or colouring as i dont think she has the skill/experience. It looks like she does a great fade though.

I went in today for a haircut and my first ever perm. Jenny did a fantastic job and was great about explaining what I would need to do to look after my new hairstyle. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends.

Absolutely amazing work from Jenny. The most vibrant purple I have ever had.My sons double crown has never been cut as well as Jenny has done.She thinned out my daughters hair perfectly making brushing so easy.My partners beard trim and sculpt was amazing. Thank you so much Jenny.I recommend anyone to give rosella hair a go.On top of brilliant hair skills, Jenny's etiquette and friendliness is absolutely amazing.

had a good experience! she did a wash, cut layers for me and styled it for an affordable price. the style she did for me didn't last, so she let me come back the next morning to do it again for my school photos! really appreciated that and it turned out great in the end :) will be coming back x

Having three hair cuts so far it has been suggested to try a different style with which I have been delighted with. Highly recommend this service to anyone. I have even taken my entire family there. Great work Jenny keep it up.
