What can I say about Fina: I am a professional I have been in the industry for 15 years, so constructive criticism is all I have to offer as a former employee, I gave 200%, I loved working at my house because 80% of the staff were awesome to work with- but the management are either undertrained, ego orientated, or overworked, nepotism and patriarchy is the go and there have been reports of female staff that work in the office being regularly called with very rude appellatives…the house managers turnover is sadly a revolving door that never stops, as they all end up on some sort of stress leave and than leave for good. Lack of communication, lots of hypocrisy, and abuse of powers are the normal everyday thing, they could do more about the health and wellbeing of the clients . Funny story- they named two houses after a lady who left money in her will to renovate those properties, I was told by one of the staff that once upon a time there was a nice memorial plaque in her memory, on a wall somewhere (the trainer makes real BIG deal about it during the induction days) and her elderly son still lives in one of the houses and lives there , the memorial plaque is now gone….Don’t work there.

All I can say after reading many of the reviews of the FINA organisation which used to be SCOPE & prior to that HANDYHOME sadly it seems they have not changed at all...There has been a culture for a long time of staff bullying, nepotism, serious disregard for OH&S practices, staff/client ratios that were totally inadequate, unfit persons promoted to management level & the list goes on...

Went through an assult by a client and was the one laid off. followed all proceedures. All they care about is the money they get from clients.Management has extremely high turnover and thus have no idea what they are doing or how to deal with incidents.

It's clean and presentable, all the staff are happy to be helping the clients that like there

Great staff. Amazing support!

We only stopped because we had screaming child for a coffee and break from the drive. All I can say are the food and staff were lovely!!!

Very nice staff and im enjoying going different places and the food is very nice the bathroom is very big the shower is very hot I love having hot showers and when I arrived I got a surprise seeing the shampoo conditioner bodywash smells lovely hairbrush etc thank you for every thing from kate richardson

- awful management-awful house managers-will work you to the bone for a pretty awful salary- would not recommend working here, only if you are desperate

Used to be SCOPE - terrible place to work. Clients get neglected and if you try and report it to management you get shut down. Waited weeks for an urgent WSH issue still not solved.A client left sleeping in the lounge another being told he’s a “naughty boy “ Check out scope for real reviews of this organisation- nothing has changed !

As a former employee I can say that management doesn't care about staff, and will abuse them verbally and with crazy hours. And Fina doesn't have the client's outcomes in their interests they are just there for the money. It's a horrid business and should be avoided. Especially don't work there.
