I have been trying to get Tregear and Harris to email me a copy of my will since June 8th. I have dealt with surly and uncooperative office staff. This is totally unacceptable. I would suggest that being able to email a copy of a will is a most basic activity.I have complied with all their demands and will be taking the matter further.
