Absolutely love Bel and every style of class she does, I always walk out feeling stronger mentally and physically. No matter how I am feeling, I know I will be able to zone out for the whole class and be present. Bel has a way of making you acknowledge how you're feeling mentally but then push through and come out feeling better than when you walked in.
