I am extremely happy with the service provided by Choices Flooring Eastwood who have installed carpet in 2 of my homes in the last few years. I was very pleased with their assistance in choosing the right carpet for my particular needs. They were also particularly helpful in choosing the perfect colour carpet for my home. The job was carried out quickly & efficiently and looks absolutely fabulous.

This was the worst experience I've had from tradies. Sai seemed good, and even came to our house and measured up and took a lot of photo's. Nothing was a problem, the price was OK, so we gave them the deposit for cork flooring throughout our extension.Originally we were quoted and told we would could get stick on flooring, which I prefered, as it removed the scotia requirement, but then it was cancelled as Sai advised they couldn't do stick on.Then we were quoted and told they could do a composite cork floating, but install it under our skirting boards so we wouldn't need scotia. We were told and quoted specifically with the note, they would remove and reinstall our skirting boards, and that we had to move out furniture, & remove kick boards in the kitchen, which we did.Fast forward to installation day, when the installers advised they were unable to remove the skirting boards, apparently Sai hadn't sent on the extensive string of photos that he took of our house and the skirting boards, and that the fridge ( on wheels ) needed a plumber and removalists to move. For the skirting boards they suggested we needed a carpenter .. so now we had no floor, no kickboards, an empty house, and the requirement for a plumber, removalists and a carpenter. What a joke ! and utter disappointment after 6 weeks ..OK, so I fold, that night, and suggest we'll just live with the scotia, as we need something more forgiving than concrete and with some urgency, and the scotia would remove the need for the skirtings to come off, and be acceptable as our next preference. Instead, they decided it was too hard, and cancelled the order, refunding my deposit, but leaving me with broken skirting boards, a cracked internal wall, where they tried levering the skirting boards, Oh, and my wife moved the fridge back (on wheels) by herself after disconnecting and reconnecting from the tap behind it ( plumber ? removalists ? ) and no flooring.Thankfully we called a random painter that has been able to remove the damaged, and repair and install the removed and cracked skirtings, ( it tool him no time to remove them and he was unable to determine what the issue was ), and we have a gyprocker coming to repair the wall that they left damaged, so the painter can touch that up as well.Honestly, the whole attempted installation, the lack of communication, and damage left behind was poor. Either you can or you can't. Along with the amount of photo's originally taken I can only assume the communication between Sai and the installers was non existent, or perhaps there was something else in the background I was unaware of.We were txt with .. we feel we won't be able to keep you happy with the job .. "I wouldn't deal with them again

Sai was very helpful...ordered carpets to be installed remotely, as living interstate. The whole process was very easy and Sai kept me up to date with phonecalls/ messages. Would definitely recommend choice flooring Eastwood.
