Clean store. Prices seemed high for the same product at other comparable stores. Staff felt fine having a personal conversation while trying to help me out. Did not have the part nor did the staff take the time to look for the part.

The Burson Altona store offers an excellent service. The team members very knowledgeable about the items sold.

Good range & ok prices providing you know the exact part number or items you want to buy.On 2 separate occasions (being a relative novice at the time) I was sold the incorrect part for my vehicle despite providing the correct information (model, make, year, series etc).Having said that, usually anyone who is buying a part for a car knows what they need and I might have just come across a lax staff member, so based on range, price AND service, 3 stars.Remove service, 4.

My 1995 Mazda MX5 is getting to the stage that parts are hard to get. Thanks to the girls here. They are wonderful ❤ much appreciated

Today I decided to buy tool from burson, because they got a good deal. As soon as I reached there, ask the staff if they have the item (3/8 impact wrench set with 2 battery and charger). The staff (Name Ken) said they don't have it in this store. So I asked him where can I get from another store.I told him that the closest burson from my workplace is burson at Mitcham, and he told me that burson Mitcham got one in stock. So I decided to drove there, took me one hour drive.As soon as I get there, ask the staff about the tool (3/8 impact wrench set with 2 battery and charger) he said that they don't have it in stock, plus no one call him about this to double check if burson Mitcham have it.So my one hour long drive was just a waste of time and fuel, was so disappointed with the service that he gave to me. And never want to come back at this store again. Worst experienced.

Really helpful staff when trying to figure out the right part for your car, regardless of whether buying from them of not

Chris and his team at Burson's do a fantastic job. We've been using them for just over 7 years now. Great part interpreters, great stock levels and super fast deliveries. I highly recommend them!

Had some trouble with my 4wd and couldn't get it to start. Went to bursons to get a new battery to see if that would fix the problem, spoke with a really helpful lady there. Installed the battery but still couldn't get the car to start. Turns out it was the starter motor, so I returned the unused battery to bursons. The guy I spoke with flat out refused to accept the battery as it had been installed (even though it had not been used) and left me with a $170 battery I do not need. I won't be coming back to this place and advise everyone to steer clear. They obviously don't care about their customers and are only concerned with their bottom line. Really poor form, guys.

This store is a very good one in their business, I see how they are in to the point, and take time to analyze your request, and they give you the best price,Even now and then I take a turn to them for pick up hardly available componentscheers.
