The team here is really wonderful. They do a good job of introducing babies to the water in a really fun way. The water is always comfortable to be in for people of all ages. Highly recommend JUMP! To others

Fantastic place for our girls to learn to swim. The staff are so accommodating and the small class sizes really help make the girls feel comfortable.The pool is heated and indoors making it ideal for swimming lessons in any weather.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to teach there kids to swim.

Unfortunately the team here is let down by the attitude of one or two swim instructors. For whatever reason, the instructor would often start lessons late and finish early, wouldn't follow the lesson plan and she was downright rude to my daughter on multiple occasions.

Absolutely love the team here at JUMP! swim. They are so friendly and my son loves going! They tailor lessons to make sure that everyone in the class is succeeding. Classes are small, and only two classes at a time. Isn't as loud as usual pools so my kids are much less anxious. Cannot recommend them enough!

My toddler thoroughly enjoys going for her swim lessons every week. The staff ensures that kids have fun when they are in the pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better swim school for my kid.

What a wonderful place with wonderful people for kids swimming lessons. Our 3n a half year old daughter started late last year, once a week. We encountered few issues when Bella didnt want to get in water at all. We discussed it with Karen (Director) who came up with a fabulous plan. Karen got in the water herself for two sessions with Bella to build trust and make her more confident. Worked like magic.A month or two later we requested to swap Bella’s class as she had a childcare friend in another class. Again Karen worked her magic and made the swap possible without any hassle.Bella is a very happy kid and wants to go to swimming lessons almost everyday. She has progressed so much in just a few sessions.Thankyou Karen and thanks to your lovely team for bringing smiles on our faces.

A great place for little ones to learn to swim. Nice class sizes, friendly staff and a lovely warm pool.

I can't speak highly enough of this swim school . They turned my eldest daughter from being purely petrified of swimming to loving every minute in the water! My youngest asks nearly every day if it is a swimming day also! The staff are lovely and go to lots of effort to make the kids experiences with water enjoyable and safe. The classes are small and friendly and the facilities are great. I'd not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is interested.

My daughter attended Jump Seven Hills for approximately 2 years. We left in early 2022 due to communication issues and ongoing performance concerns about my daughters instructor over a two to three term period. Essentially in my opinion the lessons became more like a play time for the children rather than a time for learning to swim. My daughter has now enrolled with Royal Life Saving Australia at Seven Hills and we are extremely happy thus far. There facilities, instructors, program, communication in my opinion are all superior to what we experienced at Jump Seven Hills. My daughters swimming has improved dramatically since the change. Not that this is the most important thing but Royal Life Saving are also marginally cheaper and you pay in four week not ten week terms as with Jump. Also, if you run into difficulties with Jump don't expect their Head Office to resolve your concern, be that in a timely manner or at all.

Teachers are lovely. Kids really enjoy the water in summer and winter. I would happily recommend to other families.
