Nick from Optima provided fabulous service. Fantastic clean and so reasonably priced. Great communication and totally reliable.

Booked oven clean through phone call as their online booking/quote acceptance wasn't working. Night before they ask to change the time (which is fine). Day of clean, they call at the time they are suppose to be here saying their on the way. Don't hear from them for 2 hrs, get text saying 5mins away and then finally show up 20mins later. Then charge the credit card before the work is even done and without my sign off. Really disappointed that it's made me to the review before they even left.

Absolutely the best clean that I’ve had! I have recommended their service to the building manager and also to the real estate agency. I found them to go above and beyond in every way. They took great pride in their work and provided service beyond what was expected, like cleaning the refrigerator inside and out. They did the balcony as well. I could not have been happier.

Firstly, please address your responses to the correct person, and respond with the correct costumer details. When your company called, I made it clear to your customer service that this house clean was NOT a bond clean but could they still help with this, and I was told this is all the System will allow them to call it, and they understood this was NOT a BOND Clean. I explained there was no agent involved. So please in your response address the correct terminology and stop hiding behind terms and conditions not related to the job and address what was agreed. On the day two cleaners turned up, I again EXPLAINED to them this is not a BOND clean all we needed is a quick clean for a photo shoot. I EXPLAINED that this house needs to be put on the market so the elderly man who owned the house could afford Age Care. I EXPLAINED that any clean here will be good and no-one will be requesting a call back, there is no BOND to be returned and NO inspection by any agents. I EXPLAINED they DO NOT have to clean - Fridge - kitchen cupboards (sweep only) - toilet (I said it was ok just to wipe the lid down and leave in closed, do not clean inside) - shower - stove - tiled area around stove - some walls - pest control - steam clean the carpets - windows in the kitchen - light fittings - move and clean under the lounge - bathroom cupboards (sweep only) - blinds - and nothing to do under the house (Brick enclosed concrete slab only)I EXPLAINED we would like cleaned, a dust - carpets vacuumed - all door frames - all window frames - bathroom sink - Kitchen sink - spot clean walls - any windows they could do. Further to this I explained that i understood the final product may not be perfect but do what you can in the time frame allowed.I did ask how many hours they allowed for, the answer was, we do not know.I asked if they had any issues with clean and they confirmed they were HAPPY with all that was said. At no point did they express any concern.The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with only 2 beds, a lounge and dining room table, the rest of the house is empty.I left, soon afterwards I received a call to say the house was to dirty to clean and they can come back tomorrow with more people. In this phone call they explained although it is ok for them to cancel a job due to he condition of the house they could still do it with more people.I stress OPTIMA CLEANERS do have in their terms and conditions which were provided, common examples of conditions not acceptable. This house did fit this, but it was agreed the scope change on site was acceptable and they would go ahead. Note 1 star now due to you addressing your first response to the incorrect person and details of your response being incorrect. I look forward to chatting to Jim's Cleaning to get a response from them on this matter as Opitma Cleaners are a recommend by Jim's Cleaning

Despite been tentative because of all those negative reviews the company did kept their promise and help us get our bond back our landlord was very hard to please person so won't blame the cleaners but they could be little more detailed while doing the cleaning so that the landlord can't fault them.I guess I will be using them again just because of this experience.Big shout out to Rachel.

Booked an oven clean. First time they called us an hour and a half after they were supposed to be here and said they couldn’t come. Rebooked for the next day and they didn’t show up at all. I locked my card as they asked for card details prior to the clean and my bank notified me that they still tried to take the money out! Do not recommend. AVOID!

JP, the Optima Cleaners Technician who came to our home, was the consummate professional. He was on time, and had a polite and pleasant demeanour. His workmanship was of the highest quality: our mattresses are beautifully clean and fragrant.The price of the mattress cleaning was excellent value for money.The Call Centre staff were also great to deal with. They communicate so pleasantly and promptly: nothing is too much trouble.I look forward to using Optima Cleaners again.

Gave them the full details of the house over the phone for a bond clean. They went through a full list of questions, then I volunteered further information such as the house being double story, two living areas, an extra room/study but they didn't sound interested. They gave me a quote and I said I would get back to them the same day. An hour later they called back and offered me a lower price clearly desperate for the job. I went with the original price.I told them it would be a full day for two people. The day before they asked if they could start the job at midday instead of 8am, and they would put more people on it. I said that was fine but they would need to be there on time, not an hour either side as first indicated, and they assured me this would be fine. They were an hour late. I had to leave the house unlocked and go back to work.They then called and said that the house was bigger than the booking allowed for and they would only be doing upstairs. I had to negotiate with them but as our lease was up the following day they knew they had the upper hand. In the end I had to fork out an extra $300 to the cleaners to make sure it was all done.Recommend anyone booking with Optima Cleaners make sure ALL the details are listed on the invoice before paying.

Param came to do my end of lease cleaning of a 3 bedroom apartment after I’d lived there for two years with my two children. She was friendly and professional and I don’t know how she did what she did in 4 hours but the place was spotless. Oven, walls, windows, bathrooms, all surfaces were great. She even waited for my landlord to finish the inspection to ensure everything was in order. Bond was returned in full. Thank you Param! Highly recommended.
