I've had seriously painful shoulders and back pain for the last 18/20 months. Pain running down my arms and tingling in my hands. Fortunately Clare realised the cause of the pain and stated to rectify may take 4 or 5 appointments. After two massages my fingers stopped tingling and I had less pain in my arms. After four appointments I could raise my arms above my head with no more pain running down my arms. No doubt aided by Clare's recommended arm exercises. After five appointments I now feel almost pain free after 18/20 months of restricted and painful movements. I can highly recommend Rainbow Gate Batehaven, and Clare's dedicated and authentic approach to helping others.

My first time in the area. I’ve been driving and hiking every day for the last week and a half. I was tight and sore and had no idea who I should see for a massage. After a recommendation I went to see Clare at Rainbow Gate. She was exactly what I needed for both my body and my heart. She is very kind, intuitive, interesting (and interested), smart and massages with confidence. I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Lovely to speak to (the speaking was driven 100% by me - so if you are a silent massage person don’t worry!). She gave me some tips and tricks to do each day for my travels ahead to stop me from ending up and right and sore as a was when I arrived. I just couldnt believe my luck I stumbled upon her. I received one of the most memorable and thoughtful reiki massages from Clare. The whole session, I felt cared for and at ease- so much so that I fell asleep and later had a very deep and peaceful sleep that evening!
