I attempted to order a Lely brand decal for a drum mower. I spoke to the service department and explained what I wanted, as well as forwarding a picture of it. They ended up sending me three other minor decals that I also requested, that would have fit in an envelope, and charged me $46, incorporating $20 postage. When I didn't receive the main Lely decal I had requested, the response was that they couldn't get it. They did not tell me this on initial order, and then indicated there was nothing they would do about it.I received extremely poor and misleading customer service, as i did not receive what I believed I had ordered and paid for (they indicated I would get a receipt). I would warn any prospective customers from dealing with this company.

Bought Lely Mower sight unseen, based only on photos, mid-pandemic, from two states away. Item arrived clean, fully serviced, and in better condition than we expected. Of the whole truckload of equipment, it was one of two machines that met or exceeded agent's description of condition and cleanliness. Faultless service and integrity from Greg Allen Machinery staff.
