While helpful in-store, there is a lack of cohesion and knowledge between stores. Having an item organised to be delivered between stores took too long to organise and should have been available next business day. Suffice to say I'm still waiting.

Nice shop but got very expensive. I always buy my luggage there but they have gone up so much since Xmas. I’m a keen shopper at strand bags but may have to consider other options.

Good quality bags. Got an amazing marakai bag here for cheaper than colette. Bit of a hard sale on the add on items, she followed up three times until I caved on a ten dollar wallet. Had to return it later as had no use for it (bit embarrassing.)They refunded me quickly and yeah weren't too happy about it but they are quite nice and polite here :)

MY comment is the wonderful experience i had last Friday atTop RydeI was assisted to and helped with a smile and a feeling of welcome. So happy i choose to walk in .The lady was so attentive not only to myself but i observed to all that entered the store.I noticed her name badge ( Luise)You are so priveleged to have a lady working who cares for the customers and enjoys her work.Patricia Rhall

Was prepared to buy a few things today, and waited at the counter to pay. Was served by a male employee, who was lovely, however more junior and needed to seek help from his senior female colleague. Unfortunately, she spoke to me very rudely, and as though English wasn't my first language. It killed my mood instantly and even though I told her I understood what she said, she continued to repeat the explanation, and we ended up having a circular conversation. Very unhelpful and a waste of time!

Every single time I walk into this store I am greeted almost immediately, the staff are always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. The manager is lovely and her customer service is exceptional, she truely goes above and beyond! They always have fantastic promotions in store, and a great selection of handbags and luggages. Although they have a lot of stock, the store is always neat so its easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for, and anytime I've struggled the girls suggest styles and really listen and care for the customers needs! Excellent job ladies, always a pleasure to do business with you cannot recommend them enough!
