We rented through this agency in 2019 when they went by a different name, however I forgot to leave a review at the time. Very happy with the ~2 years we rented through them, they were good with communication and treated us fairly and kindly which we don't always find with agents. I recommend them and would rent through them again if we moved back to the area.

Daniel Krunes was a the best property manager I've had in 10+ years of renting. He was able to sort any issues quickly and efficiently, and was also extremely helpful in assisting us at a very difficult time moving states during lockdown and late stage pregnancy. During this time he went above and beyond his duties as a property manager and for this we cannot thank him enough.

The team at Raine and Horne have been delightful. They are professional and friendly. They helped ease any anxiety I had with moving into my rental property at Summer Hill.

They recommended an internet option to us that the tenancy was not ready to set up, the process took way too long. The agent/strata did not seem interested in helping us for a long time especially during lockdown and this was a necessity to arrange. The agent also did not have a direct number to contact (having to each time call through to reception) so when emergency situations occurred outside of work hours we couldn’t contact them. Main example relating to power outages in the place we rented and no resolution coming from the agent/owners (which is a safety hazard to our family in itself). Bond also took forever to process.We tried to be really good tenants and were very disappointed in that it would take weeks if not months to respond to our concerns requiring multiple follow ups.

We reached out to a few different agents in the area when we decided to sell our Ashfield property. Gabriela from the start was energetic, knowledgeable and professional. Not only were we selling in difficult Covid times but the property had sentimental value, so the stress was immense. Gabriela was very transparent during the whole process, there were no surprises and we were very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend Raine & Horne Summer Hill to anyone looking to sell or manage their property.

My wife and I entrusted Gabriela with the sale of our property. We regret that now. She failed to adjust when the market became cold. She failed to listen when we tried to give input. She failed to meet the demands of a changing property market. She merely blamed our property time and time again when it was clear she had marketed our beloved house wrongly in the first place. She no doubt thrives when the market is hot. But when there is real work and selling to be done - she lacks the expertise and the ability to listen to her customer. We turned to the local competition and the house was sold in two weeks. My wife and I would not recommend her.
