Bought a bird cage today and asked for the same one as on display drive 20mins home only to find out we were given a tree green coloured one ring up to complain and find out what to do about it get told by manager that she just assumed it was the same, no apology, no compensation for the fact we need to make a 40 min round trip to change it over, what happened to customer service
