IC4U BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Said he was finished after about 5 minutes which was odd. Was very blasé, and only looked at a couple of things after we asked about them. Wouldn’t even go up in to the man hole to inspect the roof space - which is literally part of the whole reason of getting a building inspection. The report was very top line and basically reported no issues.We had to get another company to do it again who were amazing, and found a bunch of problems (including in the roof space) which meant we could negotiate thousands off the purchase price during negotiation.I would definitely not recommend ic4u.
