Rude, unfriendly and rushed despite there not being many customers. Barely spoke at all. Sour look on her face when she dropped her mask down. Couldn't care less attitude! Was obviously there just for the money! At least try to smile a bit more!If you can't be friendly the find another jobI'm surprised the place has any customers at all.!!Not a pleasurable experience at all!Smiled when she took my money though!By the way ....all the review replies are the same!!!!ha ha ! So bad. I left so upset because the lady who did my nails was so rude and unfriendly I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so unfriendly, let alone someone I’m paying for a service. She scoffed and told me off when I kindly asked her to buff my heels during the “spa pedicure,” she was rough with my cuticles and then painted two heavy coats of polish immediately one after another so they didn’t have time to dry between. I wish I had read the other reviews before I tried this place. There are definitely better options in Eastland. Would not recommend at all. Hopefully they learn to be a bit more kind to people, it’s not that hard

Not only was it expensive, but the service was rushed. They only cared about getting in as much transactions as they can. I had a manicure done and it wasn't done properly, it was rushed and even after I checked and asked them to fix it, she just simply did it to rush me out. I wasn't happy with the condition of my nails afterwards, it was in pretty bad health, as they overfiled the too layer of my nails and I had to fix it myself afterwards. Not going back there again.

Worst experience ever. Just wanted a simple shellac removal and they were so rude and aggressively twisting my hands. The lady was also very aggressive when I couldn’t hear her already quiet voice under a mask. No top coat or nail oil applied, my nails look shocking. Nails aren’t even filed properly. Would have complained but I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I wish I could give it 0 stars

This was my 2nd visit. Tried SNS for the first time. Pink base with gold tip (which was shellac) Very happy with the result.

Went in to get basic nail polish (no tips) and left with my nails looking awful - like a child had painted them. They also did not leave enough time for the polish to dry in between coats as my nails were squishy for several hours afterwards and smeared everywhere. They also had me pay prior to getting the service done (which in my experience is unusual for nail salons), which makes me believe they ask for upfront payment so that customers cannot refuse to pay after seeing what a horrible job was done. Extremely disappointed with this service and even more disappointing that when looking at other low reviews they seem to reply the same apology message every time - shows they do not care about customer complaints. Absolutely will not come back here, waste of time and money.

Had an awful experience today.Wish I read the reviews before attending the salon.Came in to get shellac & they let my hands soak in acetone & hot water for 45 minutes. Then they proceeded to tell me how “thin” and “bad” my nails were…They spent no time doing the service, leaving my nails looking and feeling so awful. While filing my nails they bumped my skin which started bleeding. They didn’t care and put my hand back in the acetone. They’re so badly done, bumpy & messy.Service was poor, vibe was weird and overall just a bad and overpriced experience.

Very disappointed with my nails today. The assistant didn’t seem to understand what I wanted- a good quality service and at least an attempt at cuticles too. Unfortunately she couldn’t understand me saying she’d done my nails “wishy washy”… a total waste of $52 and 90 minutes there, not to mention the soak off liquid that went all over my top. I do wish if people can’t provide the service you’re asking for, just say so - it’s more respectful and you’ll be valued for your honesty.I won’t be using this place again!

I went there yesterday Tuesday the 17/01/23 to get my toe nails manicured. This was my second time visiting this shop. The lady I had the first time was very good, she did her job properly and I got charged the regular price of $35. That was the reason I went back this time to look for the same lady, I had to wait a bit as she was busy, which I didn't mind. In the end, she fininshed my toe nails and I went up to pay and got charged for $50. I asked the owner why I'm being charged extra, as I was charged $35 last time. She said to me that the lady had to spend more time on me. I was very annoyed at this because I wasn't even informed of the possibility of an extra fee beforehand. I found this to be quite dishonest, and being quite upset I explained my point of view to her, which didn't amount to anything. I ended up paying full price for the sake of the lady who did the job, and promised myself never to return again. Customers should be advised of these hidden costs! and this is unexceptable as this manicuire service it always get charged by unit not get charged by time as nothing is written other than unit prices on their price list. owener of the shop was very rude always speaking vataminse to their staff in front of customer as it made me feel like talking behind our back which happened yesterday during my mainicure service. overlall very bad experience!!!
