Fantastic customer service and great range of styles and sizes of dresses in store. I managed to find a dress off the rack that only needed hemming and couldn’t be happier! The team were happy to pick styles I wanted to try on as well as ones they recommended. I ended up going with their recommendation and it was so beautiful! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I received so many compliments on the day too.

What a lovely experience it was to buy a wedding dress at Rain! I walked in over the weekend with my friend, who is getting married in November, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The atmosphere was magical, making the entire visit an unforgettable experience. Iulia, our shop assistant, was extremely helpful as we didn't know where to start. Being a dressmaker herself, she quickly found the perfect dress for my friend with just a single glance! Moreover, they offer a wide variety of dresses to cater to all shapes, sizes, and budgets. It truly is the Mecca of wedding dresses!

Had a fantastic experience at Rain Bridalwear. The showroom is huge, and is set up with lots of mirrors and flattering lighting. We went on a weekday and had the place to ourselves! My consultant, Norma, was patient, very supportive, and made me feel great. We were encouraged to take pictures, and I did not feel pressured at all. I ultimately went with a different style dress at another store, but I would highly recommend Rain Bridalwear to others.

I'm beyond thrilled with my shopping experience at Rain Bridalwear! The staff - Pam, Jon, and Rob - were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that my mum and I had a wonderful time. The boutique itself is simply gorgeous, with an extensive dress selection that left me feeling spoiled for choice. The changing rooms were huge, with plenty of natural and indoor lighting options to see yourself in, and the long walkway allows you to properly stroll around in your dress to determine comfort. Pam's expert guidance helped me find my dream wedding dress without feeling rushed or pressured to make a decision. The gown I selected fits perfectly, with only minor alterations needed. The team made me feel like an absolute princess and I am so glad I found a last-minute mid-week appointment. Rob even popped a bottle of bubbly to celebrate! Before I purchased the gown, I noticed a small smudge which Pam took care of immediately. I will be picking it up once the dress has been cleaned. I honestly can't thank Rain Bridalwear enough for their exceptional service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream dress! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
