I have just arrived from another country and have been needing my TFN ( Tax file number ) set up I am currently located in Heyfield so this was the closet option for me .. UNFORTUNATELY the process of my TFN has taken longer than it should because the people here do not know what they are doing ? They have told me to call someone else for other information that is only processed in their post shop .. the guy on the phone was really rude to me and fully told me to go somewhere else because they couldn’t deal with my TFN ? I simply asked what documents I needed because I have been declined twice from their post shop because of the information their employees told me.. which I will say was both completely different then I spoke to a guy today on the phone again to try set up my TFN and he didn’t even know what documents I should bring as a permanent resident in Australia..Shocking experience and honesty such rude people behind the counter who look like they don’t even know what their doing and I really hope you guys learn your procedures and actsI wouldn’t rate them anything except for useless
