Organised for 2 pairs of Painters Shorts to be delivered in 10 working days. Waited 14 days and called the store. Was told they are just waiting . 21 or so days later was told not available to the New Year. That's OK but why wasn't I told this weeksback. I work for a reputable company and my shorts are not acceptable. Massive letdown that was taken like water of a ducks back ..Disappointing.

Nice choice of boots. Bad choice of store staff. Worse customer service ever. I was the only customer in the shop and the assistant couldn't mask his irritation with having to help me with advice and sizing. Obviously bought my boots somewhere else .

Awesome experience Monday. Was in such a rush to grab all the safety gear I needed that wasn’t arriving via online on time. The 2 ladies were extremely helpful… I’ll forever support in store shopping. Online isn’t as reliable as people think! The ladies even had a pair of cargos held at their Keysborough location for me as well. Now that’s service above & beyond… especially with the young lady I had who still got things done even on crutches. Respect! Thanks heaps Ladies. I highly recommend in person purchasing with Totally Workwear Moorabbin.

Hi TWW team - I am writing this review to say an enormous THANK YOU to Melissa at the Moorabbin store who went above and beyond in providing us with fire retardant coveralls for our crew who were departing for a rig ASAP. It was incredibly short notice with requirements changing all the time and she came through for us with flying colours. A real solution provider! Much appreciated - great service. Cheers IC
