Eastern Motorcycles has been my go to place in search of value for money pre-owned bikes.Being new to the proper motorcycling world (I've only ridden mopeds in the past), Alex has always been great to me ever since I first met him. He was very patient with all of my questions and offered test rides for the bikes of my interest so that I'm 100% confident with my purchases. Always an overall great customer experience here every time I visit them. Will definitely come back again to upgrade once I get my full licence in the next couple of months.

Amazing service from the team. This was the first time i took my MT09 SP here. I had a minor electrical issue and got a service too. I was sent updates to my phone with photos once the issue was found and repaired. Absolutely fair pricing!

I Found Alex very helpful. I needed to get my bike sorted with a Blue Slip. There was work to be done, the job was done in a more than timely and efficient manner.

What a rude bad experience. Booked a replacement tyre two weeks in advance. Arrived the day of the service and they didn’t have the tyre in stock. They did not bother to give me a call to let me know and they told that the tyre wasn’t available in the country. Called the same day a different garage and they had the tyre in stock and it was done in the day.

Alex is very trustworthy, friendly and his team did a great job working on my Kawasaki Z300. I highly recommend Eastern Motorcycles to anyone on two wheels!He provided some great advice and helped me choose some nice modifications, with a tail tidy and after market exhaust (before and after in photos).I also added a gel insert for the seat and his upholsterer did a perfect job; the seat looks completely original.Very happy and will come here for all my motorcycle needs in the future.

Good place to service your bike. Had my brakes replaced the same day within an hour. Experienced staff and lots of used bikes to choose from.

Made the appointment to replace both tyres, been confirmed that they will be able to do it with my chosen tyres.Brought my own tyres with the bike.End of the day rear tyre completely damaged and unusable (they did agree to refund the same tyre).In the process rear wheel was damaged and been polished trying to hide all the damages. But damage is still noticeable.End of the day, lost much time out of my work, to deal with this business. Had to wait for new tyre and redo it in other place. Wheel was damaged. Bill to replace both tyres 250$(just for labor). Rear wheel labor costed me 180$(1.5hour). Asked why so much, guy answered its heavy bike and a lot of work to take the wheel off". I delivered the bike without both side exhaust just to make it easier.Next rear tyre change l did remove wheel myself. Had to figure out how to lift the bike

Great service, my regulator died on my BMW S1000R. The guys picked it up that day and had it back to me in a day. Amazing service and reasonably priced. Great mechanics who will be completely upfront on repairs etc.
