Eden Spa

They keep calling me up, saying about some payment owing when I don’t even know this place.This place is sounding like a scam when I message on their page and Facebook page to tell them they been Calling wrong number since I live thousands and thousands of miles from where they are,they just ignore my messages and don’t even bother to reply back.This place sounds like a SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I went in for the crème de La crème facial. The experience was relaxing, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My skin absolutely glowed after the facial. The only downside is they’re only opened on weekdays which makes it hard for everyone to enjoy a treatment. Other than that, I’d highly recommend this place!

Always had a great experience here, the staff are lovely and they aren't too pushy with their product range. Also love that they have online booking available.

Was looking forward to getting a facial etc, couldn't make the appointment due to family emergency, called to cancel and was GOING TO reschedule but the lady said they take 50% off your gift card !? That's disgusting. They may as well take the whole card!!!! . They need to include that detail in a confirmation text or email stating that if you DONT cancel your appointment w 24hrs notice that 50% will be taken off your gift card. Sorry that my emergency didn't happen within the time frame. Won't be recommending, won't even be using the GIFT card. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had a fabulous aromatherapy massage this week with Siena at Eden Spa Camden, and it was amazing. Professional welcome and warm relaxing atmosphere, she made me feel amazing with her healing hands.Would highly recommend one of the best massages I have had. Included a mini facial, also.Definitely going back, This business has recently moved from the main street to smaller premises, but its a hidden gem!.

Enjoyed a relaxing couple's massage at Eden Spa and it was both our first time coming here. Unfortunately we ran late making the appointment time, but the staff were very welcoming and considerate and ensured we still had plenty of time to indulge in our package. The lunch provided was delicious! Will definitely come back for another appointment.

I’ve been coming to Eden for a number of years to get my brows done, as well as hydra facials over the past few months. Every experience has been relaxing, professional, and every staff member has made me feel comfortable and never ‘judgey’ as I have experienced in other establishments. The staff are also knowledgeable and it is evident that there is ongoing training and upskilling. Worth every cent and will continue using Eden as my regular ‘go to’ ❤️

I was gifted a $200voucher for the spa hence I had to deal with them . Otherwise I wish I wouldn’t have never come across such a mediocre spa and people!I live 64 kms away in Baulkham hills from the spa. Don’t forget I was gifted the voucher. Couldn’t find the appropriate time to book but finally did so.On the day of my appointment in the morning before going to school, my 7 yr old daughter had a minor fall, hurt herself and was not ready to go to school. My appointment was at 11am… considering it takes me almost 1hr, I had very little time to decide or think about the fact whether kids are allowed in the spa or not.Secondly, even if I knew kids were not allowed.. do you think they would have considered the reason I would not be able to attend the appointment ( due to their policy) and they would have considered the cancellation on the day? I don’t think so after the way they behaved with me.I went for the appointment along with my daughter and they said kids are not allowed. I said I had to get her here after she was not ‘feeling well’ ( she hurt herself) on the day and couldn’t risk sending her to school because if school had called me in between , it was impossible for me to reach considering the 65km distance.They not at all agreed to … I said she is not sick, has not temperature, please let het just sit here and my appointment was just for 30min.. I would have finished in no time.But they were not ready to listen.Imagine I traveled 65km for almost an hr to hear that we can not allow you with your kid, you have to leave immediately ( as they thought she is sick and would infect them! … haha!!! At least, they were behaving like that)Imagine my frustration! They didn’t even give me time to settle down on the fact that I have to drive back again for 1 hr after getting nothing done!!Do not forget here the fact that they had already been paid IN FULL for my service, so they were not at all any loss.Rather I think, they are least accomodating to the customers who have the prepaid vouchers after I read few of the reviews here. They were literally like… this customer has already paid us $200 and lives so far.. why to even bother talking to her? Just ask her ‘to leave’ ! …. Yes… when in shock and surprise, I was talking to them, they literally asked me to leave. Guys… I am a dentist , a professional, has my own practice and know very critically how you should be talking to your clients!!!Their behaviour was most inhumane and inconsiderate and very rude.Please think before going to this spa. That’s not the only spa in the area that gives good service. You need to be accomodating and polite as well to your customers.The worst experience which fills you with negativity and spoils your day!Thanks Eden spa!!!!!!!!!

Had a beautiful facial and massage from Danni today. It was so relaxing her attention to detail and service was amazing. The lady on reception was lovely also sorry don’t catch your name.I can’t wait to try all my new products thank you both for all your knowledge and recommendations.
