SNS Exclusive Salon

Visit the shop abt a month ago, was cozy and clean.The photo was taken on the day when the service provided.Every customer was given a set of polisher to bring home, that maybe the reason why the price is $5 more comparing to other places if the same service provided.I kind of like the idea but it would be good if that was an option, n if we bring the set back to use again next time, the $5 should be waived.There is no royalty membership system in this shop, so doesn’t matter how many times we returned, same price will be charged. When I asked about if any promotion available, the staff told me to forget about the discount becoz of short staff and its lucky that they didn’t charge more. Well…its understandable but still dun like the way they expressed it.Last but not the least, the quality was disappointed. After 2 weeks, crackles appeared on the sns, and when my nails grew, I found the edges of the sns were not filed properly so it kept jamming my hairs.

I have been going here on and off for about three years. They used to be great but recently, in the past 12 months the service declined tremendously! My biggest issue with them is the horrible customer service. They aren't honest. A few months ago I was very happy with one of the girl and asked for her name so I can book with her. I saved her name on my phone as the salon contact and when I called to book they said they don't have someone in that name. To myself I'm thinking okay miscommunication, I go back in and point to the lady and ask for her name and they give me a completely different name. I say okay so I'll save that name and book with her. A few weeks later I called to book and they say they don't have someone with that name working there! I go in just to make a point because I was so frustrated! They gave this lady a third name. It was so dodgy and weird and completely unnecessary. Done with them!

My daughter got her nails done in a French finish on Friday night. She walked out upset as they looked thick and tacky. She was too afraid to speak up as she was treated rudely the whole time. I rang them up and asked if she could get them redone only giving me a small time frame to get her back. I spoke with the manager who was also rude to me over the phone. It was 8:45pm and the only time she gave me was before 9pm before they closed as the next available date my daughter could go back was on Sunday morning which they refused. The special occasion she needed the nails for was for Sunday lunch and they refused to fix them before then. With so many nail places available now, these ladies need to stop being so RUDE AND ROUGH ( they also hurt her ) They also spoke in Vietnamese the whole time. The French cost my 17 year old daughter $70. If you are going to charge this much for nails, do it with pride and be KIND. Don’t get your nails done here as they are EXPENSIVE, TACKY, RUDE AND INEXPERIENCED. They should have invited my daughter back before her occasions and graciously fixed them before her occasion but they refused to help. They should be offering her a refund!!!

I've been going to this nail salon for around 4 years now after trying a number of different local salons, closer to where I live. But I choose to drive over an hour to get my nails done at SNS Exclusive at Fountain Gate because they're consistently better than the rest. I have brittle nails and without the strengthening effect of SNS dipping powder, my nails break and flake. So I need the dipping powder to last and not chip after a week or so. With SNS Exclusive, my nails last for 3 weeks before needing to be done again. The salon is clean and well managed. It's best to book ahead for an appointment time though. Like many businesses in these times of covid, they're having to cope with staff shortages. I feel that some of the 'less than stellar' reviews here have failed to take this into account.

Must book an appointment in advance. Had my nails done here a few times. Never disappointed. Very professional and quick.

Extremely displeased with the very unprofessional staff in this salon.I would give them a 1 out of 10 for friendliness. They constantly talk to one another whilst the customer is sitting there feeling very awkward.The standard of work is ok but I will NEVER hand over my hard earned money to this mob ever again.

Went there couple of days ago to get manicure done. This place seemed clean and busy I thought of trying it. Little did I know I would have a bad experience. The manicurist was bit harsh while doing the service. My cuticles and fingers are still hurting after 3 days. Seemed like she cut the skin and cuticles bit far. My nails are fingers feel sore to the point I can’t really put too much pressure.Would never go back again and would not recommend.
